The gallery space in the center of the hotel is a “place for communication and interaction” for a new generation of artists and creators. We will provide a variety of works created in response to the present era and a place where you can feel the breath of young artists.
An open, harbor-view space where you can experience the ever-evolving present of Okinawa.
At GALLERY 9.5 NAHA, we host a diverse range of exhibitions, featuring permanent installations by “SANDWICH”—directed by sculptor Kohei Nawa—alongside special exhibitions by Okinawa-based creators.
Artworks are displayed throughout the premises, and selected pieces are available for purchase.
Furthermore, HOTEL ANTEROOM NAHA proudly exhibits a diverse collection featuring over 30 artists in total. The artistic experience is not confined to the gallery space alone; carefully selected art pieces are seamlessly integrated throughout the public areas—from the entrance to the restaurant—as well as within every guest room. As a general rule, we only accept art and design-related works. Please note that submissions may be declined following review.
